Body

The Arizona Office of the Attorney General presents a heightened *Brady/Giglio* concern arising from the documented conduct and institutional decisions of Attorney General [Kris Mayes](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/kris-%20mayes "Kris Mayes is on the Brady List") and Assistant Attorney General [Mitchell Allee](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/mitchell-%20allee "Mithell Allee"). Their intentional obfuscation of known, high-value exculpatory evidence, obstruction of its communication to defendants, courts, and the public, and continued defense of an unreliable disclosure system demonstrate institutional corruption and an authoritarian misuse of prosecutorial authority. The entire Office’s disclosures, representations, charging decisions, and litigation positions should therefore be treated as requiring enhanced credibility scrutiny rather than ordinary reliance.

Prosecutors have ethical obligations and may be held individually accountable under the Rules of Professional Conduct \[R.P.C.\] for their conduct within the legal system. Violations of these Rules can result in disciplinary actions which may include sanctions, suspension, or disbarment.
