## Statement

Ms. Clark was found to be in violation of Brady v. Maryland by Superior Court Judge Blair (CR-21-xxxx) It was confirmed by the Arizona Court of Appeals (CA-CR-23-0215). Ms. Clark withheld Exculpatory Evidence critical to my defense and she hid it. A Case file with the Arizona Bar Association has been established. See case#: 24-2869 - Clark, Bernita
